MVMCP - Rain or Shine?

The weather forecast makes it sound like we might get rained on the 11th. Does it get cancelled for rain or go on as planned?

Yep. Sometimes the fireworks might get cancelled, and possibly even the parade, but I've been at MVMCP before in an absolute downpour and the party wasn't called off. You just have to put on a poncho and make the best of things.

The party goes on in rain. However, depending on how heavy the rain, the parade canceled, the castle show canceled, and characters moved to indoor locations (or downed altogether).
