There are some people who are sensitive to flashing lights. I was wondering if there is any time that you can see the Osborne Family Lights when there isn't a large amount of flashing, or is it always a non-stop show of flashing lights?

There is some flashing of individual sections of the lights, but with so MANY lights being on at the same time as the flashing sections, it may not be a problem for most sensitive guests during the "normal" display times.

But, the "serious" flashing (where major sections -or all- of the lights in the environment are going on and off at once) will be during the "dancing lights" shows.

These occur about every 15 minutes, or so, and last for the duration of one selected song (maybe 3 minutes each, on average.)

Guests who need to not be subjected to that can step away just outside of the lighted area for the duration of the song.

If that is a concern, just plan on not straying too far from an exit from the lighted street area.
