Snack Breakfast Option in MK

For our upcoming trip in April we had planned to use some snack credits in MK for breakfast one morning. In the past MainStreet Bakery worked well for this. I believe it will already be closed in April for the addition of Starbucks. Does anyone know if there will be another location where a variety of breakfast items will be offered. I know Gaston's tavern will have cinno. rolls, but will they carry anything else? As much as I love the warm cinno rolls, DD and DH like muffins and things..
