Dec. 21, 2012, Last night on property?

I'm trying to think of something special to do the last night of our vacation. We have done MVMCP 2 other years and don't want to go the the expense again (over $500 for our family of 7). Any suggestions of something we could do to top off our Christmas celebration at WDW?
