My son is back in the US from his last deployment. He called me from Florida. I am so excited. :D

He won't be able to come home at this time, but he gets out of the Navy in January. Then I will have him home all the time.

That is such awesome news! A big Thank You from us!:flag:

Him being in Florida would have totally been an excuse for me to go down there....with a side trip to WDW. LOL.

:thanks: A great big THANK YOU to him for his service and to you and the rest of his family for all of your sacrifice in having him away from you all during his deployment! Please remind him that to make sure he checks in with his state Veterans agency to find out more about all of his earned benefits. That is my little plug since I am the State Veterans Ombudsman for Missouri and am constantly briefing returning Troops on all of their earned benefits and how to access them. If you have any questions, PM me I will be happy to give you all more information! Glad he is home safe and again, please tell him THANK YOU! Lol. That thought did cross my mind. It was just a brief stop before heading up to Virginia. They pick up supplies and some visitors there for the short trip up the coast. Unfortunately, I don't qualify to visit due to my health issues. :( But, it is enough to know that he is home. :cloud9:

Thank you so much for that information. I will pass it along to him. I got to Skype with him today. It was sooooo good to see his face. :)
