Great idea for a post, and going to use one thing I loved very much to share.
One particular trip i had arrived to the resort morning/early afternoon and there was a pretty decent line formed at check in at the resort. To keep things moving, and keep people happy, a CM was placed at the head of the line and his job was to route people to the first available check in clerk, and basically chat with you to keep you entertained. It sounds simple and basic, but I remember how happy he made everyone and how genuinely interested he was in the guests. He asked me where I was from, and asked about the weather situation that I had just missed by flying into Florida. He made a real attempt at connecting in some way with myself and everyone before me. Often it would get guests talking to eachother as well and it was one of those WDW moments that we all know and remember. That CM was amazing and is not a type of thing you get hardly anywhere these days. :number1:
