If this week's celebration of Epcot's anniversay is any indication, I would guess it will be noted but not necessarily as a major event.

Apparantly, the only park that gets big celebrations is the MK. All the other parks seemed to be loved by only the handful of people who post on these boards.

Initially, only D23 was doing Epcot30 presentations on September 30 (and these were paid events). Later, special free events were added which took place on the actual anniversary (Oct 1), which I do believe came about after the outcry on the internet. From all indications, they were successful and nicely done.

That said, I doubt anything will be done for Hollywood Studios. Hopefully at that point (2014), the park will be in the midst of a California Adventure style makeover. ;)
