Switching resorts at 7 month window

Actually, depending on how many points you have, this MAY be possible. You could make a new reservation on line, then cancel the existing one. The thing I've been told can't be done on-line is to cancel part of a reservation-for example, if I'm reserved from Wednesday thru Saturday, but now I have to leave Friday. I know what you mean about not wanting to call at work-I used to be a school teacher, and it was so hard to get time to call (especially if you get put on hold). But there's a computer on my desk!

If you booked originally online, you can cancel and rebook online but if space is tight you may not want to risk losing what you have. I'm not sure what time the day change is though. I'm thinking 6AM same as ADR?
