How should I do it?

DW and I are driving down to BLT, arriving 9/18 probably around noon. The rest of our group are flying down, landing around noon, then taking ME to BLT.
I am the DVC member. Do I pick up the room keys for the entire group, or do they have to check in themselves? We are all in the same room.

Last year, my brother and his family stayed in our 2-bedroom villa at Old Key West. As I recall, we picked up their keys when we checked in (we're owners). They arrived a day before we did but spent the night at Wilderness Lodge before switching over to Old Key West with us.

You can do it either way. Whatever works, just let the front desk know before they do much of the checkin.
