Is there a printable version of the ICOT-15 schedule? I'd love to have one in my purse so I can refer to it during our trip. :mickey:

I'd also be happy to create an app that has the schedule on it if we have enough people who use smartphones. There's a program called GuideBook that works on all platforms and I've used it before for conferences and such. It's very easy, user friendly, and you can customize the schedule to select just the meetups and events you are attending! Any thoughts? Would this be helpful for people?

App is already on the way. Should be out by this weekend.

Apps are wonderful... but for the few of us Canadians (and others not from the USA) it's not feasible to use our smartphones in the States without paying hefty data roaming charges. So I don't even bother bringing my phone on my trips.

I can copy and paste the schedule into a printable document myself I guess. No worries!

And this is why I got a cheap smartphone to use in the USA - just hope it is as easy to reload with data plan as it was to set up originally!

I'll publicize John's phone number. That way, no matter where you are, you can call John and ask him where you're supposed to be. Much easier to use than an app.

I agree! And much easier not to have to get a US data plan ... thanks for thinking of us non-US visitors. ;)

Before the event? :thedolls:

Seriously - we don't want to put it out there too far in advance in case some things change.

So look for it in another week or so.
