Take Out From TS Restaurants?

Does anyone know if you can order a dessert as a take-out item from a table service restaurant?

Are you talking about taking out a dessert without ordering a meal or just walking in and trying to order one?

When we eat at a restaurant on the dining plan I ( most of the time ) do not get a dessert for myself. I pick one that can go back to the room for my lady friend later.

They have some that just will not survive and some that will. They will inform you which you can carry out and not.

But just to order a dessert I don't know.

If you're there eating and you want your dessert to go, they will usually accommodate and point out which are easy to take out and which won't work so well, as previous poster states. But, most TS places are not equipped to accommodate walk-up take out orders of any kind. Some might do it. But it's not a given, and usually not likely.
