Culinary Festival Features Member Discounts
Enjoy Member prices - and early booking privileges - on select culinary experiences at Epcot International Food & Wine Festival this fall, September 28 to November 12, 2012.

Learn to create mouthwatering recipes or simply learn more about food and wine. Select Monday-Thursday seminars and demonstrations are available to Members at a discounted price, in addition to your Epcot Theme Park admission, when you book in advance via phone.

Enjoy these Guest favorites:
Culinary Demonstrations: Celebrated chefs and beverage professionals offer helpful tips and tasty samples at these 45-minute culinary demonstrations. At 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily. $9 for standard demonstrations and $12 for celebrity chef demonstrations. Cost is per Member, tax included.

Wine/Beverage Seminars: Meet a featured winery principal or beverage expert, learn helpful tips and sample the selected wines/beverages. At 12:00 noon, 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily. $9 for standard wine/beverage seminars and $12 prestigious wine seminars. Price is per Member, tax included.

Mixology Seminars: A mixologist demonstrates the art of preparing trendy and classic cocktails, then serves you the final product. Cheers! At 6:00 p.m. daily. $12 per Member, tax included.

Then, beginning on Friday, August 10, you can call Member Services at (800) 800-9800 to book your culinary experiences - that's 4 days before they become available to the general public! (Note that these experiences are quite popular and therefore tend to sell out.)

Important Details:
Events are subject to availability.
Must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages.
Must call to book discount.
Valid Epcot Theme Park ticket required.
Present valid Member ID and event confirmation number at Will Call Box for admission
Book as early as August 10, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. for events held Monday through Thursday. Book as early as August 14, 2012 for events held Friday through Sunday.
Offer is not valid for previously purchased tickets, gift certificates or with any other discounts.
Prices listed above reflect the Member discount available Monday-Thursday throughout the festival.

I do believe they were free at one point but they started charging a few years back. Most of the included with admission items are now book signings and such. The HGTV presentations are also included.

Thanks for the info. One down side of having been a visitor for many years is remembering what was once free...

Yes they are and we are so happy they decided to charge a few dollars for them. We purchace the ones we are interested in and show up 5 minutes before they start. Before just because it was "free" people would line up hours before and wait. Even if they were not fans of what was being prepared. Weeds out the bargian hunters.
