Any leads on good houses to buy

my friend is looking for a house he can rent out down there. which is the reason for t trip in 3 wks. any suggestions for areas.

At one point we had thought about buying now, renting out, and then having it for retirement and realized that our sponsor AllStar Vacation Rental Homes had a bunch for sale. I'm not sure what kind of inventory they have now but they did have some great deals at the time. Most were furnished and all had the option to be rented out by All-Star. Might be a good place to start looking around.
