CRT Cancellation Clarification

So if you do not have the dining plan and you book an ADR at CRT you have to pay for it when you make the reservation and they go ahead and charge your credit card now, right? Then if you do cancel, do you get a full refund if it is within a certain amount of time prior to the ADR, and if so, how far prior do you have to cancel to get the full refund?
