HELP! Need great bluetooth for Motorola ATRIX

Hello!

My wife always gets these cheap inexpensive bluetooth ear pieces for her Motorola ATRIX from overseas, but you get what you pay for...and the reception on the other end proves it. Next week his her birthday and I want to get her a real good one once and for all. Can anyone suggest one?
