Doorway to Dreams Closing

I know this doesn't impact many people, but I was just in the Doorway to Dreams store in Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg, IL (suburbs of Chicago for those who don't know the area).

Anyway the DVC CM told me they will be closing in September of this year. I asked if sales were down at this location and of course she denied that possibility. I just got vague answer "bigger and better things are coming"

The only other interesting part was that my DVC Guide will be no longer be my guide after September.

I'm just guessing the store has stoped being usefull to DVC.

That's a bummer. I always liked stopping in and seeing the model of the newest DVC resort. They've had nice events there too. Wonder what's up.

It's about money. If the sales numbers aren't there, they aren't going to continue to pay rent and salaries.
