INTERCOT 15 Tshirts / Swag

So Jennsky & I have an idea that we want to make a couple of t-shirts for our trip to ICOT-15. Yeah, that's how we roll. :cool:

We're going to put our screen names on there, maybe a picture of our avatar as well so y'all know who we are when we meet up!

I know John's making up some fancy-shmancy swag t-shirts for people that are taking part in the Epcot breakfast thing. But, I don't know if we're going to end up going to that activity or not. John, would there be any way we could have a large-sized version of the ICOT-15 logo to put on our t-shirts? The one that looks like a road sign? You know, just to brag that we're at WDW with all you fine folks?!?! :thumbsup: If not, no problem -- I don't want to steal any logos or whatever so I thought I should ask first! I'm sure we can just put the words "ICOT-15" somewhere on the backs of our shirts. But I thought I'd ask!

Hope you can make the events (the breakfast and later character meet). They are the hilight of the whole weekend. We're trying to get clearance to do a soarin ride on before the general public as part of the breakfast. Trust me.. between that ad the venue and special guest, you'll be kicking yourself if you miss it.

You could put it under the logo on the left chest, on the right chest - or on the sleeve. I know we'll have name tags and hopefully light up lanyards (if I can find them again) at the meet.

I might be able to do this for you depending on how busy I am for a small charge (like $5 addtl.)

Believe me, we WANT to go to that event! It's really going to boil down to cost for us. Any idea (ballpark) what the cost will be? Like, are we talking about the $35-60 range? Or will it be closer to $85-100 range (or more)?

Sounds great!! And I would love to get my Intercot name on my shirt. Hopefully we can get these in large sizes like 2x - I like to wear my tshirts big ( don't mind paying a few extra $$ for larger shirt)

Not yet - had to wait to figure out which sponsors were in for the event. They'll be sent for production soon. Trying to get a bunch of stuff related to this online this weekend.

Also promise turn time on these will be quick when they go up since we are doing a lot of them.

Same for me! I usually can only cram about 3/4 of myself into a shirt!

I'll have a variety of sizes from Small up to 2XL with the sweet spot being in the L-XL-2X range. I may even have a few (not many) 3x. I should have roughly 125-130 shirts for a little over 100 people. I simply can't take 100+ specific orders right now for the event (so much else to do) so my hope is we do a good enough job covering everyone.

The swag is free. The $$ you pay goes to cover the event itself.

Sorry, with over 100 people there I just can't guarantee anything. Again - the ticket is for the location and breakfast - the swag is just a thank you on top of that from me.

We'll have up to 2x and maybe a few 3x that I already have stock of here.

I will say that we'll have enough transfers that we should have some for sale a few weeks after the gathering - that we can custom make for those wanting to purchase additional shirts.
