staying off property for first time...at least part of the trip

My hubby and I are staying at the new Art of Animation Resort in Oct. for four days and then onto Clarion LBV for three days. :mickey:

Has anyone stayed at this Clarion hotel before and did you like it?

Is this the Clarion on Palm Parkway? We have stayed there twice and have suggested it to friends. We stayed two nights both times prior to going on property because we couldn't wait to get to Florida. The rooms are clean and the price is right. We were there on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day both times. :mickey:

But, nothing compares to staying on property. :thumbsup:

Parents stayed there back in March. Traffic around there (from hotel to WDW area) is horrific. However, it was very easy to go from Clarion to SeaWorld area. Room was basic, seemed clean.
