fast pass changes?

Is Disney using the reserve fast pass system yet? When will the changes happen?

I was under the impression it was right now a trial program, and fastpass as a whole is still running as it has been. Anyone have an update?

I really am not interested in it changing for good, from what I understand the new system to be. Too much structure for me, on vacation.
