Food and Wine festival

Looking forward to going to the Food and Wine festival again this year. I found the concert series, but cannot find the menu. Does anyone know if it is out yet? We are hoping for some of the great food and drink we had last year.

The menus usually come out in mid summer. If your google Epcot Food and Wine menu 2011 some sites still have it posted. Many of the booths stay the same from year to year so it will give you a good idea of the offerings.

Scuttlebut (i.e. rumor) elsewhere is that there are two new booths this year. A vegan booth and a Florida booth.

Florida....Shrimp Ceviche with Fire Roasted Veggies and Crispy Plantains

Vegan.(named TERRA).... Trik’n Chick’n Curry with Basmati Rice and Chili Colorado with House Made Chips and Cashew Cheese
