May 24, 1991 – Disney’s “Wild Hearts Can’t Be Broken”, starring Gabrielle Anwar and Cliff Robertson, was released.
May 24, 1996 – The Disney/Hollywood Pictures film “Spy Hard” was released.
May 24, 1998 – Sixties teen idol Peter Noone performed at Epcot as part of the Flower Power Concert Series.
May 24, 2004 – Disney Interactive launched Toontown Online, a 3-D multiplayer game.
May 24, 2004 – It was announced that Disney has launched an 18-month publicity campaign for its theme park in Hong Kong (which is due to open in 2005).
May 24, 2005 – Disney’s “Pooh’s Heffalump Movie” was released on DVD.
May 24, 2005 – Walt Disney Records released the CD “Mousercise.”
May 24, 2007 – Thousands of colorful fireworks filled the nighttime sky over Barcelona, Spain for the first time the “Disney Magic” cruise ship entered the Spanish port city.
May 24, 2007 – Disney’s “Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End” opened in Moscow, Russia.
May 24, 2009 – Disney’s live musical “Tarzan” completed its Holland engagement at the Circus Theatre in Scheveningen, just outside Amsterdam after 900 performances.
