Times to make ADR's

We live in IL, and on central time, so can someone please tell me what time I can make my ADR's online and by phone? Thanks!

The online system opens at 6am EST.

The phone system opens at 7am EST.

So, that would be 5am for online and 6am for phone reservations if you're in the central time zone.
