Candlelight Processional - what time?

I was thinking of doing the candlelight processional package in which you eat lunch at the restaurant and then see the 5:00 performance, but then I thought...would a later performance be better? Is it even dark by 5:00? Does that matter? Thanks for any advice!

It's dusk headed towards dark by 5:00. Doesn't really matter though. I like the 5:00 show. I think the twilight is especially pretty.
