May 10, 2002 – Paul Revere & the Raiders began a 3-day engagement at Epcot’s Flower Power Concert Series at the America Gardens Theatre.
May 10, 2002 – The Disney/Touchstone Picture film “ESPN’s Ultimate X” was released.
May 10, 2004 – Disney’s next musical On the Record began a workshop in New York City. The workshop cast will be testing out the new show which features many beloved Disney songs, (The On the Record tour licks off Nov. 9, 2004 in Cleveland, Oh.
May 10, 2004 – The Wonderful World of Disney aired “A Wrinkle in Time.”
May 10, 2005 – Disney’s “Kim Possible: So the Drama” was released on DVD.
May 10, 2006 – The Disney Musical Broadway show “Tarzan” premiered at the Richard Rodgers Theatre in N.Y.C.
May 10, 2006 – The Disney film “The Shaggy Dog” starring Tim Allen, was released in theaters.
May 10, 2007 – To mark the one year anniversary of “Tarzan” on Broadway, Michael Lassell, author of “Tarzan: The Broadway Adventure,” hosted a story book signing party at the Lincoln Square Barnes & Noble bookstore. In attendance were the show’s stars Josh Strickland, Jenn Gambatese, Chester Gregory II and its Oscar-winning composer Phil Collins.
May 10, 2008 – “Toy Story Mania” opened for Passholder previews at Disney Hollywood Studios at WDW. (3-day event)
May 10, 2010 – The “Honey, I Shrunk the Audience” attraction in the Journey into Imagination pavilion in Epcot closed for the return of “Captain EO” in memory of the late Michael Jackson.
