Liki Tiki Resort

My parents are taking my Wife and I to Florida in about 50 days and we are staying at the Liki Tiki Resort. Has anyone stayed there before and how was it good or bad? It looks like a pretty nice place even if it isn't a Disney Resort.

My DB stayed there in Feb and really like the resort. I visited there last year and thought the resort was very nice. The rooms seem big and there are elevators to get to the upper floors. (That was great because the resort I stayed at only had stairs and I was on the third floor! :whew:). The pool area is great but since I was there in Jan there was not much swimming going on. They have a nice play area for the kids and a great snack bar at the pool. It is a ways out from WDW so if you are headed to the parks leave some extra time for travel, although it is a nice ride in. All in all a very nice resort and I would not hesitate to stay there. Have a great stay and enjoy your trip! :thumbsup:

1) Nice, not great.
2) Orange Lake Country CLub is far better bet.

NOTE: OLCC is RCI. Don't know about Liki.
