Oh, good one. This requires some thought.

To preface, I have never tried:
Hacienda de San Angel
Nine Dragons
Akershus
Tutto Italia

So, only counting ones I have tried, I don't think any are bad, or worst, so I have to rate them in my order of preference.

Best:

1. Bistro de Paris
2. Via Napoli
3. Tokyo Dining
4. Chefs de France
5. San Angel Inn
6. Teppan Edo
7. Rose and Crown
8. Le Cellier
9. Restaurant Marrakesh
10. Biergarten

Nine Dragons I think we're going to try on our trip in September. I'm curious to see how it compares with our local chinese restaurant.

Restaurant Marrakesh was extremely bland in its taste, and that was an overall assessment from our entire dinner party.

San Angel Inn has (or at least, had) the best desert I've had anywhere on WDW property, some kind of white chocolate mousse.

lady Friend says Tutto Italia is closer to real Italian that the Americanized Italian that we get at restaurants we normally visit for Italian food.

Worst;

Havent found one yet as I havent tried any other than posted above.

I haven't disliked any of the World Showcase restaurants I've tried to date, but my favorites are:

San Angel Inn
Akershus
Nine Dragons
Marrakesh
Le Cellier
Chefs Le France

Looking forward to:
Via Napoli
La Hacienda

Love (in order from best to pretty good):
Tutto Italia
Le Cellier (although maybe not as much for 2 TS...)
Biergarten
Les Chefs de France
Teppan Edo
Rose & Crown

Haven't tried:
La Hacienda (but we are trying it in September!!)
Nine Dragons (I just always hear such bad things!)
San Angel (same as above)
Marrakesh (DH is not a fan of this type of food)
VIa Napoli (just haven't gotten there yet)

Ones we really didn't like:

Le Chefs de France (probably our worst meal in Epcot ever)
San Angel Inn

Then there are a couple we like, but aren't in love with:

Rose & Crown (although we love enjoying a beer at the bar)
Akershus (breakfast)

I love Le Cellier, Rose and Crown and Teppan Edo. I'm not a fan of Nine Dragons, anything in Morroco (not because it's bad, just not a flavor profile I like) or Chefs de France.

I don't truly hate any of them, just haven't ever been wowed by any of them.

Worst : San Angel, acutally I think that San Angel happens to be the worst eatery in the world !! IMHO of course....:blush:
