Just some input.....would you switch out Teppan Edo and replace with Kona Cafe for dinner?

Sounds like a nice lineup. I would consider switching out Teppan Edo for Kona... not sure how much good hibachi you have near you, though. No CA Grill for you this time around?

We actually never eat Hibachi, except in disney!

Love CA grill, that was in the running, but we really enjoyed Artist Point on our honeymoon. We loved that steak!

They look good to me, can't offer an opinion on the Kona/Teppon Edo question as we've only eaten at Kona for breakfast. I think you'll be happy with either one though.

teppan edo is one of our musts. I love eating in epcot and i love the atmosphere, especially of the whole japan area. we loved it (although you don't get soup and salad before)... we always have a great time!
