Yes with the blue ariel shirts. They are the blond and the redhead. And their cousin is the brunette. The picture is a couple of years old. My sister took it and put it on her flickr site and got an email from Disney almost a year ago asking to use some of her pictures and we signed a waiver. But we figured they changed their mind.

I kinda thought the same thing. Seems kind of strange that they would be snooping on various sights for disney photos.

I signed some waivers for a video of my kids to be used in the "Let the Memories Begin" celebration. They got my video from their LTMB webpage. Not sure if they ever used it, but the contact person I spoke and emailed with hinted that it was to possibly be used for the Memories, Magic, and You castle show. I've seen the show a couple of times and didn't spot my kids, but the first time I saw it was just days after I submitted all the forms. The clip was of my boys being excited after we surprised them entering the gates of WDW. I can totally see it being used for the "surprise, we're going to Disney World" part of the show. I guess I'll probably never know!

All I know is she tagged them Disneyland I think. They requested a few of her photos. They used one of my neice almost a year ago.
But my sister got lithographs in the mail and we didn't so I assumed they wouldn't use this one.

I'm thinking that if they were tagged and not set to private, Disney could find them easily. I think it's a smart marketing ploy for them to look for genuine pictures of guests in action at the parks to use for their sites. I bet there are agents out there right now snooping around the net. :spy::look::photo:
