upgrading Free quick service to basic dining...

I wanted to share this because i did NOT know this could be done (a big thank you to Kathy at MJ). My daughter's friend booked a Value resort with the current offer for free Quick Service dining, and Kathy was able to upgrade that to basic dining, so he can have the full plan we do, for an extra $16.55 per day. I had no idea they would do that - i thought it would be QS or nothing. I was picturing him going off to eat at the food court every time we have a TS planned, or paying full price out of pocket for those meals!

Yes, a friend of mine did this very thing last year. She says it was well worth it.

Yes, we have done this several times and I just did it again like 5 minutes ago. It is great:thumbsup: It used to only be like $10 though...:thedolls:

We do this every time we stay at Pop with "Free Dining"...At least since they started 'tiering' the offer and *bleeping* (self-imposed censure) those that actually PREFER the Values to the higher priced resorts.
