Disney Dining for DVC guests

My brother in law is a DVC member and I just bought points from him for October at Bay Lake Tower. I was wondering how I go about adding on a Disney dining plan for us. Can I do it online, or does the actual DVC member have to do it? Thanks.

The DVC member has to call. I believe it has to be booked at least 1 week before check-in and paid for at the time of booking.
