Awesome, Thanks! We are going next spring break. My big question is how hard it is to get the beach? And is the service great? I want to feel whisked away to paradise- like a cruise on Land!

You can get to the beach four ways: Take the shuttle, drive over, bike, or walk. It's about a mile and a half to go by foot or bike, but it's not a bad haul if you're moderately athletic. LoL.

The Beach House is being renovated right now so we're using another resort's beach house, which is a little further away.

At the Beach House you'll find a pool, kid's sloash area, ping pong, a short order restaurant and a bar for those adult drinks. The beach is just a few short steps away across a boardwalk. The beach at Hilton Head is very wide and the water is very smooth. It's a wonderful beach.

While at DVC HHI, we took a day trip fishing on True Grits which is right there at Shelter Cove. Captain Jeff and Ben couldn't have been nicer. It was a splendid day.
