New mugs for 2012?

Has anyone seen the new mugs for 2012? Looking forward to the mug being included with the regular dining plan this year! (at least that's what the dining plan brochure says for 2012) Plus I get to add another one to my collection!:mickey:

OP: The resort mug as of January has pink, blue or black handles/lids, atleast those were the only covers I saw, there is a picture around here somewhere but I wouldn't know where to find it. The picture is of mickey, minnie, pluto, donald and goofy, I think that's all of them, I don't have that mug with me at work today, swimming. Hope this helps :mickey:

According to the 2012 dinning brochure (I attached a copy if you wanted to see) it includes one mug, per person :mickey:

For the past several years Disney has kept the same mug for 2 years before changing it. The current mug was introduced last year, so if they do as they've done with the last few mugs we'll have this current design for this year as well.

But who knows for sure. In the past no one really knew ahead of time. If memory serves me the new mugs just sprung up at resorts without any announcment that new ones were coming.

I think the current design came out in Feb. last year. I know we took a trip at the very beginning of March (we arrived on March 3) and I saw pictures of the new mug a few weeks, maybe even a month, before our trip. So if there would be a new design I think we'd be seeing it already, or very shortly.

In November, the mugs we picked up were new. Yes, fluorescent pink, blue and black handles with matching lids. The scene is the Gang on poolside lounges, etc. They were a great addition to our inadvertant collection. Inadvertant because although I didn't plan on collecting, with a mug at every trip, you end up with a bunch! :D

It's really cute, too!

If the dining plan includes one refillable mug per person, does that mean the kids on your dining plan get them as well?

Oops, had to edit to clarify. I assume your children you ask about are 3 and older? And you will be paying the "children" price for their dinning plan? Then yes they also receive a resort refillable mug. If they are under 3 then no because they will not be required to have a dinning plan reservation.

That sounds about right when we were there in January, I remember looking at DBF and saying why can't it be an even $15.00 or even $14.50...why $14.95??? (I have OCD with liking even numbers lol)

:mickey:Oh my gosh!!!!! I love these!!! I've got my red one sitting less than 3 inches from my monitor, and have my MGM one at home in the dishwasher! I love using them for work every day it always lets me have that much magic on my desk.
