Feb. 3, 1993 – The Disney film “The Cemetery Club” had its premiere. (General release was Feb. 12, 1993)
Feb. 3, 1993 – The Disney film “Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey” had its initial release. (General release was Feb. 12, 1993)
Feb. 3, 1995 – The Disney/Touchstone film “The Jerky Boys” was released.
Feb. 3, 1998 – The soundtrack to Disney’s 1953 “Peter Pan” was released on CD.
Feb. 3, 1998 – The soundtracks to the animated features “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” and “Peter Pan” were both reissued on CD.
Feb. 3, 2001 – The Disney animated series House of Mouse aired the episode “Three Caballeros.”
Feb. 3, 2001 - “Soarin’ over California” attraction in Disneyland’s California Adventure had to be evacuated due to a fire alarm from a smoking electrical panel. No injuries were reported.
Feb. 3, 2001 – Disney’s half-hour animated TV series “Lloyd in Space” debuted.
Feb. 3, 2002 - Super Bowl XXXVI MVP player Tom Brady of the New England Patriots, taped the 32nd episode of the famous Disney commercial, “I’m going to Walt Disney World!”.
Feb. 3, 2004 – Disney’s The Lion King 1 1/2 : Songs from Timon &Pumbaa’s Hilarious Adventure was released on Walt Disney Records. The collection included a pop rendition of “Grazing in the Grass,” performed by Raven, and a new track “That’s All I Need” by Elton John and Tim Rice.
