Back in the mid 80s, we did a free backstage tour in Future World.
Do they have any free tours any more?

Well, some of the resorts have a free tour. Wilderness Lodge and AKL are two that I can think of.

The cheapest tour is the 'Behind the Seeds" tour at the Land in Epcot. It's like $10 per person.

I remember that tour. You got to see all of the Epcot computers. It was awesome.

My sister just handed me a brochure from Epcot, mid 80s. The tour we saw was called Backstage Magic.

Backstage Magic is still a tour. It's most certainly NOT free anymore though.

I believe this was more of an attraction in the building to the left of Spaceship Earth, that's now park of Innovations. I somewhat remember it being a attraction/show/tour that showed the computer center and used some kind of pepper's ghost effect to project someone (and I think an animated character) among the old style computers

The building was Communicore East, the show was Backstage Magic and it was the featured attraction at EPCOT Computer Central.
