My Flight of Meatloaf...

Tonight for dinner, I was inspired by Intercot Podcast #27, and made a Flight of Meatloaf. That's right, a selection of three mini-meatloafs (meat-loaves?) accompanied by whipped buttered potatoes and asparagus! The selection of meats are Turkey and Tarragon, Lamb and Sage, and Pork and Rosemary. I'd post a picture, if only I knew how? :mickey:

Okay, I revamped my photobucket account in order to post it, so here it is. Clearly the photography is bad, and the plating was much to be desired, but the actual meatloaf was pretty tasty. I vow to do a better job all around next time, and share with all of you what you inspired. Of course, next time there will be an accompanying Wine Flight as well! :wine:
