good time to visit?

Is it too chilly for the water parks in late February for Texans!? :blush: This will be our second trip and want to visit the water parks this time but are trying to avoid big crowds at the parks! Our options are: late- Feb., Mid-April or first week of June. Any suggestions? Thank you for the help!

I'm from New England so as long as the air temperature is above 70, it's good for me. As far as crowds, the end of February is probably the least crowded. Mid April is when the North has spring vacation and it can be very crowded then. I believe the southern schools let out the begining of June.
