Go to the "Honey I Shrunk the Kids" theater marquis. Face away from the marquis.

Try to go right when then turn on around 5:45. That's what I did with my kids. They really enjoyed being there when the lights turned on.

My son found the cat too but we did notice the light isn't always on, so it may take a cycle before you see it. :D
