Senior trip & dining ressies

/my son will be going to Disney with his school on the Senior trip. He is wanting me to make a reservation for him at Biergarten in Epcot. Can I just call up Disney, 180 days out, & make a reservation? I have no idea at this time which Disney hotel they will be staying at, only the dates they will be there. Also, if I have to give my credit card number, & only a few boys show up, how much will my card be charged for the "no-shows"?

Yes, you can make ADR's 180-days in advance, no matter if you're staying on-site or not, they won't even ask for your hotel.

For the restuarants that require a cc guarantee, the reservation must be cancelled at least 1-day prior, or you'll be charged $10 for each no-show.
