If you are on the dining plan, does the amount of credits each meal costs go up since the price goes up during the holiays?

No, if it was a one credit restaurant before the holidays it still will be during.

That is correct. A 1TS meal is still a 1TS meal.

However, in 2012, Disney will start charging extra for the dining plan during peak periods.
