Dec, 7, 1998 – The cover of TIME featured “100 Builders & Titans” with photos of Henry Ford, Walt Disney, Akio Morita, and Bill Gates against a background of construction workers.
Dec. 7, 1999 – Cynthia Harris was named president of the Disneyland Resort.
Dec. 7, 1999 – Disney’s “Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas” was released direct-to-video.
Dec. 7, 2001 – The Lizzie McGuire episode “The Courtship of Miranda Sanchez” debuted on the Disney Channel.
Dec. 7, 2001 – The Disney Channel Original Movie “Twas the Night” aired for the first time.
Dec. 7, 2004 – The Disney Vacation Club had it’s first ever “Merry Member Mixer.” (Was held on Dec. 7,14, 21,and28)

Dec. 7, 2005 – The world premiere of Walt Disney Pictures/Walden Media’s “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe” took place at Royal Albert Hall in London, England.
Dec. 7, 2006 – Roy E. Disney attended the release party of a new Disney DVD-True-Life Adventures Vol. 1, at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood, Ca. It is the first release of the new Walt Disney’s Legacy Collection.
Dec. 7, 2006 – MouseFest 2006, an unofficial, international annual convention brings together the people behind independent Disney books, newsletters and Web pages, invaded WDW.
