I've been hedging for a variety of reasons, but today I talked to Kathy P at Magical Journeys and booked our trip for August 2012! I've been working overtime to save for this trip, and now I have incentive to keep on working! :spend:
Our family of 4 will be staying at Pop Century for 13 nights/14 days, with a 10 day base ticket, and the Basic Dining Plan. Now I'll be on the lookout for airfare, and we'll be all set. :plane:
The idea for this trip will be to spend all 14 days on WDW property, spread park visits out over several days (MK3/EP3/DHS2/AK2), with first and last days reserved for travel and exploring our home base, Pop Century. We'll also do two days away from the parks by spending a day at Downtown Disney and another for our traditional visit to the Wilderness Lodge. We might even do a water park before visiting WL. Of course, for such a long trip to work, we'll have to do some laundry. :laundry:
In any case, this is one I can scratch off my WDW "bucket list" if all goes well. Some day will there be a 30 day trip? First things first. I have to go sort out my ADR plans. I only have 3 more months before I have to make that call!
