cancellation policy

im a little confused about this. if i make an ADR for 5 a ohanas - DW and myself , DD her husband and 3yr old daughter-and they cant make it to that meal. do i cancel entire adr or keep same adr only for 2 ?

I would change it to 2 instead of 5 as soon as you knew. But typically adding or subtracting a few people has not been an issue. As long as you aren't "cancelling" the entire reservation it shouldn't be a big deal.

I would change it. It shouldn't be a problem since your going down in people instead of adding people.

Also, I don't know if with the new policy you would get charged for the 3 who don't show up.
