We can start online at 6 on the phone at 7. Is this a smooth process or did u guys find it to be difficult?

We use the online service... Very smooth and easy especially if you have your restaurants picked out and know approximate times you want to eat.

Normally online is fairly smooth. Not so this morning. I got up at 4:30 am CST thinking I'd knock the ADRs out real quick at 5 and go catch another hour of sleep. However, the Disney online system was not recognizing my reservation number. So, I couldn't do my plus 10 days. It showed the reservation under the "my reservations" section, but it wouldn't recognize it when for making a dining reservation. Royal pain the rear. I tried everything. Ended up having to wait until 6 CST to call in. Fortunately, I still got the things we wanted, just mad about losing 90 min of sleep because the online system doesn't work.

That's funny that's what I am a little concerned about is my RSVP number not working

I knew what you meant. :mickey: I spoke with the CM about it when I called in and she said there was a technical glitch they were working on. She wasn't sure when it would be fixed. It could be a few hours to a couple of days. I suppose you can do like I did - try the online and if it doesn't work then call in.
