Some additional happenings that I actually forgot about:

Adventureland:
Rusty Cutlass Pirate Band - 7:45, 8:45, 9:45, 10:45 at the Caribbean Plaza

Frontierland:
Banjo Bros. - 7:55, 8:55, 10:05 & 11:15

Liberty Square:
Woody's Hootin' Holiday open house with Woody, Jesse & Bullseye (Diamond Horseshoe) 7pm to 12am

Main St.:
Dapper Dans - 8:05, 9:10, 10:25 and 11:15

Tomorrowland:
A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas (stage show)
7:45, 8:45, 9:55. 10:50 & 11:45
Cosmic Ray's jingle, Dance and Play w/ Santa Goofy, Pluto and Chip & Dale - 7pm to 12am

If you're already in the park at 4pm, you can go to Stitch's Great Escape and get your wristbands (up until about 7:15). Don't have to go all the way back to turnstiles.

IF you can hang around the park until the second parade, it has been (at least for the first 2 nights - 3rd one tomorrow) a LOT less crowded than the first parade. Still quite a few there, but a lot less and you don't have to be there as early to get a good viewing position.

All good points. We were there on Wednesday night. Some other notes... 7 Dwarves meet n greet in Frontierland is a BIG draw. A line started to seriously form at about 6 pm. By 7 the line was winding out past the Splash Mountain kids play area. We got in line at about 6:15 and were in good shape. They were well worth the wait.

Also, moreso than our last MVMCP in 2009, there were tons of CMs sweeping the lands checking wristbands. We had no problem with that and were happy to see it.

And yes, the second parade was MUCH less crowded. You could easily get a spot under the snow on Main Street as late as 10:15pm.

For those with little ones, the dance parties were a hoot. Lots of opportunities for fun spontaneous interactions with some characters. These weren't overly crowded as well.

As of last night, no MK tree yet. EPCOT and DHS trees are up.

The MK tree won't go up until the Christmas Parade filming is complete (the first weekend of December). It obstructs the view down Main Street to Cinderella Castle when they film from the Train Station platform.

And 11290 - thanks so much for this information! :tree:
