Does anyone know when the new promotion is announced for the next year (ie Year Of A Million Dreams, What Will You Celebrate)? When do they usually announce/implement the new year's promotion?

We need something very catchy and different. The last few were very good but not much of a difference maker.

How about "Always a new Fantasyland to explore."?

Being the 40th anniversary officially doesn't start until October 1st, I wouldn't be surprised to see that as next years promotion.

I miss YOAMD. My favorite promotion ever - because you could "win" stuff without ever setting foot in the parks.

I agree! I loved YOMD! We won fastpasses for the entire park one day!

:mickey: I hope that whatever the promotion is, it involves me getting extra long WDW vacations for practically free for the rest of my life... okay, I know, that's very selfish of me.

YoaMD was my favorite, too, for obvious very selfish reasons. I also loved the Millennium Celebration, too. In fact taking the "bribes" of YoaMD out of the equation, I would say Millennium Celebration was far and away my favorite.

I wouldn't count on that.

In recent years, Disney has only done promotions that were national in scope (not tied to a specific park, like MK or even WDW.)

Besides, they have already celebrated "50 Years of Magic," and "100 Years of Magic..."

Why confuse the public with "40 Years of Magic" after those others?
