Hours for Sunshine Seasons

I see on Intercot pages, conflicting operating hours. One page says open at 9 AM, another page says its 11 AM.
Which one is the truth???

Don't know the exact ouurs but they were open @ 9:30 in July. They serve breakfast so I would think 9 is the correct time.

I seem to think, before Soarin, they did open later. It was always empty in that pavilion. I can't be sure about times but I do remember going in there to eat (years ago) and everything was closed.

I believe the hours have been 9-9 for some time now. I know I've been in there at park opening to grab a bite after getting my Soarin fast pass..
