I do not know if POFQ is using the chip and I see the previous poster did not know. I only know one of the All Stars Resorts was using the chip. Hopefully someone can submit an updated report to answer your question and do so politely.

Chill ~ I know that. We are staying for 17 days over two reservations, all at FQ. I was hoping not to have to buy 2 mugs for one vacation, but 2 ressies. It doesn't appear that they have considered those sorts of situations.

Someone had mentioned that the barcodes had to be changed for longer reservations. I do not recall if it was at 10 days or a few more. I believe it was stated that they just took the same cups and got new codes to cover the next 10 (or some other number ) of days.
