Tax on meals?

My MIL and FIL are planning a trip to WDW during Christmas week to see the decorations, and DH and I want to treat them to the dinner package for the Candlelight Processional. I've booked dinner at the Coral Reef (which MIL has said she wants to try), and I'm trying to calculate the cost of dinner, so I can give them a gift card with the amount. Does anyone know the tax rate for meals?

Sorry if this is an obscure question, but I figured if anyone knew, it would be the lovely people on these boards!
