Hello Intercot people:mickey: I need your suggestions please. In october we will be in the parks and have a 3;30 adr at crystal palace. It will be a slow day at the parks ( 3-10 according to touring plans) so we wouldn't mind being in the parks all day. So where would you guys suggest a nice place to go in either park for a qs breakfast for a family? Thanks a ton intercot people:D

We usually get breakfast at the resort. But DH always has to stop at main street bakery in MK. :mickey:

Are you planning to be at the MK all day? If so, I think Main Street Bakery will be the best breakfast option.

Which parks will you be in? As far as the Magic Kingdom, the only CS place that serves breakfast-type foods (that I know of) is Main Street Bakery. In Epcot, Sunshine Seasons is great for breakfast (probably my favorite CS breakfast in all of the parks). In Disney Studios, Starring Rolls Cafe is good, but I prefer the Rosie's Cafe kiosk as they serve more traditional breakfast items and not just pastries. I don't know about Animal Kingdom as we always eat (table-service) at Rainforest Cafe when we want to have breakfast there. Yummy!

We always go to the Main Street Bakery also when we are at MK for a quick breakfast.

The breakfast options in the parks are pretty poor overall. With reduced hours, it's only a matter of time before they have to start serving lunch, so most places don't serve.

It's probably best eating at your resort and spending you time doing attractions early in the day.

Sleepy Hollow in MK serves Mickey Waffles and Funnel Cakes. The also have a few different coffee options. I think they open at 9AM.

You read my mind.

In AK, we usually grab something small at Safari Coffee (Discovery Island, on the right side as you cross the bridge).

As DisneyRox said, the breakfast options in the parks are pretty pitiful - expecially if you actually want something more that a pastry and a cup of (bad) coffee. The only real exception for me is Epcot. Sunshine Seasons does a really nice job with breakfast (and lunch and dinner too, for that matter). Our standard plan at Epcot is to immediately head to Soarin' when we get there, grab a fast pass and then go grab some breakfast at Sunshine Seasons. By the time we've had a nice leisurely meal, our fastpass time is pretty close.
