Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress

Good morning all intercotees!!

I will be traveling to Orlando for a work "trade show" in early November and we are all staying at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress.

I'm wondering how close is it really to Disney World. It seems like its close on a map, but can you walk to Downtown Disney? If not, how much would a cab ride be??

I plan to get to Disney as much as possible while I'm there.

Any help about the resort would be much appreciated!

I don't know how much a cab would be, but The Hyatt Grand Cypress is certainly NOT withing walking distance of Downtown Disney.

The Grand Cypress is to the north of the Golden Oaks area, which is north of both Port Orleans Riverside and the Saratoga Springs Resort.

When we stayed there years ago they had a resort shuttle running to the TTC a few times a day. Not sure if they still do.

The grand cypress offers free bus/van service to WDW (as well as seaworld and universal)
